Arundel vs South River and Meade. We dropped a close one against SR 36-27. Against
Meade the boys celebrated one of the best comebacks in wrestling I have seen in a long
time. With 2 matches left Arundel is down 35-24. Heavy weight Luke Brownlee is
wrestling well and winning but not getting the pin we need. Half way through the second
period Luke found a way to get the Meade heavy weight to his back and got the pin. Next
up and the last match of the night, Allen Johnson a second year wrestler that trained all
summer working on his new sport. All of that training is just what Arundel needed, Allen
and his opponent were wrestling about as even as it gets until Allen hit a mills half and
pinned his Meade opponent giving Arundel a 36 to 35 win. HERE is a link to an article

Arundel goes 1 and 1 on the night against North County and Broadneck. Arundel wins big
again against Broadneck 63-15 and dropped their first match of the year against North County.

Well it started off great for the wildcats winning their first 2 duals of the year in a big way.
Arundel rolled over Annapolis 64-15, a short time later and nearly the same score Arundel
